Over the last few weeks, I’ve been going back and listening to full albums from the 90s and 2000s — the same ones I used to blast on CD in my car. There’s something different about hearing an album front to back the way it was meant to be heard.
But I can’t help noticing… the entire album of Devil Without a Cause is completely censored now. Every track.
That’s “sticking it to the man,” huh? 🙄
It honestly makes it unlistenable. Part of what made that era what it was — especially with an album like that — was the raw, uncensored edge. Censoring the whole thing just strips it of what it was.
Anyone else running into this with other albums?
