About Us

I moved to Ohio in second grade and completed my schooling and growing up in Columbus. In 2001 after working for a company for 3 years building ambulances I moved to Long Beach California.
Following my time in CA I moved to SW Florida in 2004

In 2013 I started officially working in Radio as an afternoon show producer and on air personality after managing the afternoon show’s Facebook page for 3 years. I worked in radio for 7 years before leaving to work on other projects and help run my family business full time.
It was my passion and love for Radio that gave me the idea to launch Waterman and D-Train Show in 2018 and that show turned into the What’s N Your Head Podcast in 2020 after Dave went missing.

What’s up! My name is Michael Pagliaro. Nobody can say my last name right so y’all know me as “Mike, no use for a last name” perfectly dubbed by Don during an episode of WNYH a few years ago. I am the baby of the group as Don, Morgan, and Gordon are all older than I am, although, I’m still old enough to remember landlines, no internet/computers, and playing outside with your friends until the street lights came on. Born and raised in suburbia, Cape Coral, Florida, I grew up by the coast so I was raised on boats, fishing, and camping with my family. Fishing is what made Don and I acquaintances on Instagram, eventually growing into friends and co-hosts. He invited me onto WNYH as a guest and I slowly bloomed into a regular member on the show.

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, in the Southeast part of town. After high school I joined the Army and served for five years.I’ve had several jobs, one of which was driving a tow truck for nearly a decade. In 2003, I moved to Florida where I’ve worked mostly in the construction and welding supply industries. Currently, I am still in the welding supply industry. I’ve been happily married for almost 31 years and have two sons who have also served in the Army. I am blessed to have three grandkids so far. I love listening to music and I love cars, motorcycles, and all sorts of gearhead stuff.
