Today, we’re hitting a quick 2-mile trail run as part of the process of tapering down training to give my legs a break before my upcoming adventure race. This will be my first-ever adventure race—the Save The Daylight 4-hour adventure race, which includes both running and kayaking. Super excited for the challenge ahead!
