Merchandise Update

Thank you for your interest in our merchandise. We’ve temporarily removed the links to our store due to ongoing issues with our vendor following their recent business expansion.

Unfortunately, the vendor did not notify us—or, to our knowledge, any of their other partners—about these problems. We only became aware after investigating reports of multiple unfulfilled orders. Upon contacting them, we received the following statement:

“We have checked the system and see that you have multiple pending orders with us. We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as your orders are currently delayed.

Due to ongoing supply chain disruptions following our recent platform transition, some orders, including yours, have been delayed longer than we would typically expect. I completely understand how frustrating this has been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

While we don’t have a set ETA at the moment, we are actively working with our new print partners to get fully caught up and move outstanding orders through production as quickly as possible. I’ll continue to monitor your order and keep you updated on any changes.

We appreciate your continued patience as we work through the final stages of this transition. We understand you have been very patient with your orders, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.”

Since there is no clear timeline for when these issues will be resolved, we’ve made the decision to remove the store link for now. We’ll update you as soon as we find a new vendor or receive confirmation that our current partner has caught up on pending orders.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support and understanding.
