This week on In the Garage, we’re working on a 2010 Hyundai Elantra. We’ve got a couple of projects on the list: replacing the headlights and seeing if we can pop that dent out of the plastic bumper with a heat gun.
But things don’t go exactly as planned. While installing the new headlights, we uncover a pre-existing electrical issue that the replacement parts don’t solve. That’s where I may need your help!
Are these $50–$60 eBay headlights actually worth the money? Will they fit properly? And more importantly, what is going on with this strange electrical problem?
If you’re an electrician or have experience troubleshooting automotive electrical issues, watch the video and let me know what you think is causing this anomaly. Drop your suggestions in the comments and help me figure this one out!
