But there&#8217;s a twist\u2014honoring the heritage of the park and the Florida Crackers, which are Florida&#8217;s original cowboys, runners will receive a horseshoe at the beginning of each lap and must be carried throughout the whole race. To continue onto the next loop, you must present your horseshoe(s) to get the next horseshoe and advance to the next lap.
